2. Description of Service
RateGuard provides informational rate monitoring services. We are not a lender, broker, insurer, or financial advisor.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older.
4. Subscription & Billing
Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. You authorize charges to your payment method on file.
5. Refund Policy
First-time paid subscribers may request a refund within 30 days. Refund applies only to subscription fees.
6. No Guarantee
We do not guarantee rate reductions, approvals, or outcomes.
7. Arbitration
Disputes resolved through binding arbitration under AAA Consumer Rules. Class action waiver applies.
8. Limitation of Liability
Liability limited to amounts paid in preceding 12 months.
9. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify TrustTech LLC for misuse.
10. Force Majeure
Company not liable for events beyond reasonable control.
11. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute entire agreement.
